Il Piratello, located near to the Lake Trasimeno between Umbria and Tuscany, is an ancient farmhouse recently restructured and composed by spacious and comfortable garden apartments tastefully furnished in the typical rustic style of the villas. Each apartment has its own bathroom and independent entrance with lake view.
Customers have at their disposal mountain bikes, chairs and tables to have lunch in the garden, a barbecue and an outdoors green area with swimming pool.
From this peculiar location it is possible to organize many different activities: excursions and rides on the lake, on the hills, in the countryside or in the most famous Renaissance and Middle-Ages towns (Florence, Perugia, Rome, Cortona, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena, Chiusi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Tarquinia, Spello, Spoleto).
Il Piratello offers also services of associated structures as: tour guides, horse riding, biking, massages, baloon tours, cars or motorbikes, quads or boats rental. A special gastronomy package is offered to visit the most beautiful burgs of the nearbies and their selected restaurants.
Other services are available upon request: laundry service, babysitter, daily cleaning, 24-hour film rental service, fresh flowers and fruit, wine, rose petals on bed, fireplace.

- On the A1 motorway take the Perugia-Bettolle highway heading to Perugia, continue for about 25 km and exit at Tuoro sul Trasimeno. From the motorway exit follow the directions to Passignano-Vernazzano, at the junction turn towards Vernazzano, continue through the entire town until reaching the Piratello sign on the right.
- On the E45 highway continue towards Perugia-Arezzo, after Perugia continue towards Arezzo and exit at Tuoro sul Trasimeno. From the motorway exit follow directions to Passignano-Vernazzano, turn at the junction towards Vernazzano, continue through the entire town until reaching the Piratello sign on the right.
