The Villa Roncuzzi Hotel is in the hearth of Romagna country, in San Pancrazio, a small outlying district of the Municipality of Russi, in the Ravenna province, close to the hills and to the sea.
This is an ideal place to enjoy a moment of peace and serenity, escaping the noise of the city and enjoying the delicate pleasures of country life, with the alluring luxury of a charming holiday.
Villa Roncuzzi hotel is an early 20th century country residence, recently renovated. It is sorrounded by splendid grounds with age-old linden trees and box-trees, a swimming pool, and spacious internal courtyard graced by an art nouveau fountain and local plants and flowers.
Outside the hotel, a big parking; inside the hotel a cellar with a broad selection of famous local and national Italian wines; the “Agavi” bar with its fantastic cocktails and an important breakfast with sweet and savoury food; all products of high quality that make to become this bed and breakfast very special.
The 22 rooms are furnished with elegance and have their original stone walls and arches and fine wooden beams. The attention to the details is complemented by the most comforts: private bathroom, with tub or spacious shower and courtesy set, room service, independent air conditioning, telephone, hair-dryer, Tv LCD, satellite tv and Sky, minibar, wireless system.
There are three kind of typologies: deluxe room, junior suite and suite, all with special details and different colours and style.

La struttura è davvero molto bella, posizionata in una località tranquilla ma molto comoda per raggiungere le principali località della costiera. Tipico hotel di campagna ma con l'aggiunta di tutti i confort di un grande hotel. Lo consiglio per chi vuole rilassarsi, sia per famiglie che per coppie in cerca di relax e intimità.
