From Modena, after having crossed the pass called "Passo delle Radici", run down towards Castiglione, here go on the road for Villa Collemandina and for Corfino.
From Parma or La Spezia go for Aulla, then on the road SS445 directed to Fivizzano - Casola - Piazza al Serchio - Castelnuovo - Corfino. Da Parma o La Spezia dirigersi verso Aulla, quindi imboccare la SS445 in direzione Fivizzano - Casola - Piazza al Serchio - Castelnuovo - Corfino.

The people who ran the hotel were very friendly and helpful to us. The home-cooked meals were very good indeed and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the hotel is ideal for people who want to walk along the mountain trails.
