From the north (Florence): Take the Valdichiana exit of the A1 motorway. Merge onto the Perugia-Bettolle highway link and continue towards Assisi.
From the south (Rome): Take the Orte exit of the A1 motorway. Merge onto the Orte-Terni highway link, turn towards Perugia and take Terni-Perugia expressway. Once you get to Perugia, stay on the expressway and continue towards Assisi.
